Guarantee:

The products are guaranteed by law against manufacturing defects and are CE certified. If the delivered items show obvious transport damage, please ask the courier for certified confirmation. This point is very important for our insurance conditions. Please check for minor damage, write it down on the shipping documents and notify us without delay. The prompt reporting of an error or damage will simplify any warranty intervention. Goods are transported at the risk of the consignee, unless the consignee is the customer himself. We do not guarantee that the delivery dates will be adhered to.

Withdrawal:

We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days from the day we are informed of the withdrawal. However, the customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Free return is only possible on condition that the goods are returned in the anti-breakage carton packaging in which they were originally delivered, because only this packaging ensures that the goods are not damaged during normal postal or courier transport. After the item has been successfully returned we will promptly refund the purchase price by crediting the customer’s account or by bank transfer to a bank account of your choice. The shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer.
